“Converting” inserts to audiosuite in Pro Tools

Ok this one would be super useful…
Say I have an insert on a channel strip that has’s also available as an audiosuite plugin (Fabfilter Pro-Q for example)
I have all my EQ settings how I like them in the insert but decide I want to print them using audiosuite. Is there a script that could accomplish this?
Right now it seems the quickest way is to copy settings, open audiosuite version, paste settings.

Yah right now doing a commit is how I print through the inserts

That is definitely what I’m looking for - going to have to test this out when I get home
