BOUNCE FACTORY - "SHORTCUT" ERROR
Hey, When I hit "BOUNCE" (any "BOUNCE" command: "SELECTED", "SESSION", OR "ALL"), the process starts as normal and then I get a Mac "SHORTCUTS" error:
"(WFBackgroundShortcutRunnerErrorDomain error 1.)"

and then I receive "Your bounces have finished with warnings." from Bounce Factory (although no bounces were performed) with this error report:
"Saturday, 20 August 2022 14:35:46: [Bounce All] [INFO] Bouncing 0 passes for the currently open session
Saturday, 20 August 2022 14:35:46: [Bounce All] [INFO] Starting to bounce 26 snapshots in session BRANDON RATCLIFF_ALWAYS MOVING ON_RG MIX 5 • MASTER PRINT_DELIVERY
Saturday, 20 August 2022 14:35:48: [Bounce All] [WARN] batchBounce reported an error:
Error: EnsureGroupListVisibleAction"
Here's a different error report:
"Saturday, 20 August 2022 15:07:04: [Bounce All] [INFO] Bouncing 26 passes for the currently open session
Saturday, 20 August 2022 15:07:05: [Bounce All] [INFO] Starting to bounce 26 snapshots in session BRANDON RATCLIFF_ALWAYS MOVING ON_RG MIX 5 • MASTER PRINT_DELIVERY
Saturday, 20 August 2022 15:07:07: [Bounce All] [WARN] batchBounce reported an error:
Error: PopupMenuFetchAllItemsAction"
I had this issue last month, however the bounces would continue and work as normal.
Any ideas on this?

Hi Ryan,
The shortcut error would be because you are on Monterey and for some reason the shortcuts to turn DND on and off aren't installed (to prevent notifications from interrupting the bounces). Please run the script in the User Utilities in the package called "Install Shortcuts for Monterey". This should fix the first error, and I have a feeling will take care of the second error. Have you recently upgraded the OS to Monterey?
I will make the app more robust for this error, but in the meantime this should get you going.
Also, any time you post with an issue it would really help me if you ran the Collect User Files script and sent me a link to the zip file it puts on the desktop.
Thanks!
Andrew
