Could not click pop up menu item (new track with track preset: Line 29)

    Hey there, I have been using the track preset feature to load up my virtual instruments and suddenly my they won't load. I'm using Pro tools Studio 2022.9.0 When I press the button on my stream deck this error pops up "Could not click pop up menu item (new track with track preset: Line 29)"

      Hi @Christian_Almiron,

      The best way to get help with a macro or script is to use the Macro/Script Help method detailed in the following link bit.ly/sfscripthelp.

      By using this method we'll get access to the information we need to investigate and hopefully resolve the issue.

          Do what Christan said to do, but I've had that happen after uploading a new protools version and a simple restart of soundflow (and the Mac) fixed it.

                  I just started having this problem with Could not click pop up menu item (RS_create new track with track preset: Line 30)
                  Unfortunately, my issue was not resolved after restarting Soundflow.

                    Hey @Damon_Castillo,

                    Are you perhaps running MacOS Sonoma?

                    The issues you are seeing are likely related to running macOS Sonoma. Unfortunately, SoundFlow and Avid Pro Tools do not currently officially support macOS Sonoma.
                    There are specific issues with selecting popup menus in Pro Tools on Sonoma.

                        OS 12.5.1 Monterey
                        PT Ultimate 2022.12.0
                        Just started a couple of days ago out of the blue. Restarting Soundflow hasn't helped. Any ideas?
