    Streamdeck only shows the Soundflow icon. Will not show any decks

    System Information

    SoundFlow 5.1.12

    OS: darwin 22.1.0

    ProductName: macOS
    ProductVersion: 13.0
    BuildVersion: 22A380

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Set up streamdeck (streamdeck app not running)
    2. Show Pro Tools Main Deck - 5 x 3
    3. Make sure Device is correct

    Expected Result

    I would expect to see the displayed dek show up on Streamdeck keys

    Actual Result

    I only see the large Soundflow blue icon on the streamdeck

    Workaround

    No

    Other Notes

    This is on Ventura! Have not tried on Monterey yet

      Hi @Danny_Caccavo,

      Looking at your account it looks like you may have not assigned the Device to the "Show Pro Tools Deck" Macro.

      Let me know if that is not the case, and I'll take a closer look. :-)

      Also as a troubleshooting step, it might be a good idea to try quitting SoundFlow from the SoundFlow icon up by the clock and restarting it from the applications folder.

          Well, as you can see, I'm a complete Newbie. I'm running the Pro Tools edition, fwiw. I cannot find a macro named Show Pro Tools Deck under Package/ SoundFlow (in italics?)/Pro Tools/Decks/5x3 decks.
          I also cannot find a Finder deck.
          Perhaps there's an issue because I had an expired Pro subscription but just replaced it with a Pro Tools Edition, as I really only need this for testing and support for my colleagues...

          Is there a way for me to send you screenshots?

              Yeah, I've got logs of italicized things left over from the PRO demo.
              My Packages (PRO)
              Installed Packages (PRO)
              My Presets (PRO) - not italicized. In Pro Tools/Decks

                Hi Danny,

                Your account only has Avid Edition right now. Using Decks in SoundFlow is a feature only available on SoundFlow Cloud Pro or Business. You should talk to Steve Morris about this and we can get you set up with a seat on the Skysound subscription.
