Stream Deck not connecting

    This is a weird one as I've had my Stream Deck connected and running for a few months with no problem. But I've been away and logged in recently, started Soundflow, the stream deck lights up with the Soundflow logo and then nothing. In the SoundFlow app, if I go to "set up stream deck" and adjust the brightness, I can see that it's fully connected and controllable and responds to the brightness. So they must be connected. But when I go back to the app, and "show deck" and choose the 5x3 Pro Tools deck for example, and then click "show deck", I get nothing. It just stays on the Soundflow logo. I've disconnected, reconnected, restarted the software, etc. But just can't get it to fully respond anymore. Any ideas?

          I'm having exactly the same problem as Steve. Soundflow and my Stream Deck have worked flawlessly for months. Then I powered down on Thursday, left town for the weekend, and returned Sunday night to absolutely none of my decks showing up in Soundflow, and selecting the "show deck" for any selected deck does absolutely nothing. Not a single thing in my setup has changed. And nothing in either of the two links you posted directly addresses the issue.

                  99% of the time these issues are due to the Stream Deck device restarting because it temporarily is lacking enough power delivered on the USB bus.

                      Actually I have discovered that unless I have the Pro version, the decks won't apear on the Stream Deck. I only have the Avid version and that is why the decks no longer appear as my Pro Demo has expired. Am I correct with this? It seems odd that the Avid version doesn't support Pro Tools decks on the Stream Deck. Can you advise what the dollar conversion price is in UK pounds? This is not shown on your website so if I want the Pro version I would like to know the price in UK pounds please.

                        That's correct. The Avid Edition is a feature reduced version that we're giving away for free, to give access to core features of the platform.

                        In terms of pricing, all sales are settled in USD. Any currency conversion will be done by your bank, not on our side, so there's no settlement price for UK pounds - it will be dependent on your bank's fees and current currency rates at the time of each purchase.
