Pro Tools + Avid Carbon + Mac Studio

    Hi,
    Pro Tools 2022.9.0
    Mac Studio M1 Max. 64GB RAM. OS X 12.5.1
    Avid Carbon

    I have a big problem with SoundFlow using Pro Tools and Avid Carbon. When I open Pro tools it disconnects the interface connection (with RJ45 ethernet cable). It disconnects entirely and I have to restart the computer to be able to use it again.
    If I open Pro Tools without Soundflow everything works ok.

        Please note, that the best way to get help with a script, macro or other content installed from the Store or content that you've made yourself, is to select the script/macro, then click the red Need help button, and then click "Get help with this script or macro".

          Hi Javier,

          That sounds very odd. SoundFlow should not do anything in Pro Tools unless you actively ask it to via a script, and there's no custom things SF tries to do with Ethernet connections (except normal internet use).

          Please follow the steps outlined by the SoundFlow Bot in the other comment on how to send over a Help/Issue report and we can take a look at your log files.
