ProductName: macOS
ProductVersion: 12.6
BuildVersion: 21G115
Steps to Reproduce
- I just tried going through the tutorial and found it's just not showing any of my applications at the "launch application" path part of the tutorial.
Expected Result
Apps show up
Actual Result
No apps show up
Workaround
nah I'm new here
Other Notes
At one point I did hold option and click the green circle on the top left to see if I just had the window at the wrong size, and then the hole thing just shimmied on down to the left of my screen and dissappeared, so I restarted soundflow and had to click the "new window" option. Not sure if that's related, but I doubt it.

Christian Scheuer @chrscheuer2022-12-01 13:01:05.763ZHi Jon,
Gotcha! Yea using the "New Window" option should be generally discouraged - we're removing this option.
Sounds like the window being hidden off screen is the issue.
Please quit SoundFlow entirely, then run this command in Terminal and start it again - this should ensure the window starts up normally.
We're already tracking this internally in SF-699

Thanks Christian! So cool that you're the one who responded. It looks like your solution worked. My intuition says that I'd like more tutorials, but I'm sure I can find out more on my own now and I know you're probably working on more integrated tutorials. Thanks again!

Linked issue SF-699 updated: The "New Window" functionality was removed in 5.2.0 because it wasn't working properly and caused additional issues.
