Hi there I just got a Stream Deck Plus. Are they not yet compatible with Soundflow? I do realize they just came out but my assumption was you'd at least be able to use the buttons if not the knobs yet. Of course I could be wrong. Let me know thanks!

Hi @Ali_McGuire,
We do not currently have support for the Stream Deck Plus. If you'd like to see compatibility added for this device, please add your request to the Ideas section of the forum (SoundFlow Forum), so it can be considered for a future update. :-)

We're working on it, and it's a high priority but we can't promise yet when we'll have support for it. It's a bit more tricky to get right due to the knobs etc., so we want to be sure to have proper support.

Hey @chrscheuer & @Kitch , just popping in to see if there were any updates on this - About to buy some new streamdecks and I'm curious if I should avoid the plus still. Thank you!

Hi Adam,
We expect the next version of SoundFlow to support Stream Deck Plus, but we can't give any certain promises as it hasn't gone through beta testing yet.
I have the Stream Deck Plus, and I don't love it. The buttons are worse than the 5x3 and 8x4 units, and you only get 8 of them (of course in addition to the knobs etc.)
That being said, once we do support them, of course some more cool functionality will be unlocked with them.So yea, for now, I'd say it depends on what you're going for. As a proven production workhorse, I'd recommend the 5x3 or 8x4 units still - if you're looking to try new exciting things that you may or may not like, the Stream Deck Plus is exactly that.

Hey Christian,
Thanks so much for the detailed reply. Sounds like I'll just forgo getting the plus, especially if you're not a fan of it.
I was really just interested in mapping one of the knobs to the input gain of an MTRX channel, but there are plenty of other ways I can do that!

Interesting. How would you go about mapping that? I bet that would be a compelling use case for our integration.

I was imagining I would send midi commands, assuming the knobs could be assigned as midi faders. At least until DAD/Avid gives you some sort of UI control into DADMan.
I’ve been able to get it to work with the SF fader bank, only struggle being that the DADMan faders go from midi values 0-27, so only the first quarter of the fader is really in use. Still useful though!
