Thanks for posting a question or an issue related to the 'Soundly' package.
This package is made by @chrscheuer. We're auto-tagging them here so that they will hopefully be able to help you.

          Hi Daniel,

Do you have SoundFlow generally working for you? I just updated to the latest version of Soundly, and the commands appear to be working fine here.

Have you tried assigning keyboard triggers to the commands and trying to launch them that way?

          1. I can see in your account that you're using a very old version of the Soundly package (version 1.0.1)

Please be sure to update to the newest version (1.1.3). Just click the blue "Update" button when you select the package.

Strange, update is greyed out. I uninstalled and reinstalled and update is still greyed out.

              1. Daniel,

By uninstalling and reinstalling you now have the most up-to-date version. See under "Soundly" - it now says 1.1.3. Please note that you shouldn't need to uninstall and reinstall though (this makes you lose any triggers you assigned), you could've clicked "Update" when you were still on 1.0.1 and it would've updated in place.

The package showed 1.1.3 installed and the update button was greyed out. I reinstalled to remove any doubt that I had the most current version.

                    1. Hm ok. When I checked your account yesterday, it said you had the "1.0.1" version. Perhaps a glitch somewhere. But in any event, are you still having trouble with this?

                      1. And just to double-check. I'm assuming you're also on the most recent version of the Soundly app?

                        1. Another data point - I can see you're doing this using the Stream Deck app. Please note that we don't recommend using SoundFlow via the Stream Deck app due to a number of bugs & limitations in their app, but recommend using our direction integration.

And yes sound flow is working great. Making my own macros, using the avid ones. only the soundly macros and commands don't work.
