Where is Bounce Factory ?

Did subscribe to bounce factory yesterday after testing it and enjoying it a lot. It is part of my workflow now, thanks for this brilliant idea !
I had unfortunately some troubles with it since yesterday : first, it has been unable to finish snapshot, stoping the process during the "save copy in" stage (and even a few times trying to save that copy in a folder that was not the session's one).
I had some previous issues that has been solved removing and re-installing Bounce Factory, so that's what I first tried but Bounce Factory is not showing up anymore in the store...
help !

That's very strange about it not showing up in the store, I'm copying in @Kitch who should be able to help with that. If you're still having issues the first thing would be to make sure you're on the latest version of SoundFlow which you can download here (https://my.soundflow.org/install). If you're still having issues please run the Collect User Files script in the Bounce Factory package and post a link to the file that it puts on your desktop. This will give me log files so I can see what's going wrong.

Thanks a lot Andrew, didn't think of updating SoundFlow and it made BF re appearing.

Ahhhh, I see the problem. The mac OS keeps changing how file->save dialogs are built and at the moment Bounce Factory can't find the window if the operating system isn't in English. Should be fixed in version 1.3.32, just look for the update button at the top of the package or check the store later today.

Hey, yes it works fine again now !
Hope it is ok to use this thread to add a request, I use Bounce Factory to print individual tracks with auxes for now, it would be great that it would keep the same track order as in source session and keep the same color as source track as well (using the Batch).

It's having trouble with a track named "HLS_PL_FinalColor (NO TEMP MUSIC)_011223.01" I'm assuming that's a video track in the session?

Are you bouncing with picture from this track? If not maybe try a save as without that track just to get the bounces done. If you could share the session file (no audio or video) so I can see if I can recreate the problem that would be great!

Actually I think it's an audio track. Again, if you don't need it in the session delete it just to be able to bounce, but the session would be really useful to troubleshoot. Very strange that the Snapshot didn't have an issue the first time you made it in that session.

Yes ! It seems to work again.. Do you want me to send you the session ? Didn't really get. Do need that audio track for sync but will delete it and re import it after the bounce. Thanks a lot !!

Again another fail, even without those tracks.

So strange, it's the exact same error on a different track. Can you send me a screen recording of it failing? I have a feeling a part of the Edit Window is getting covered up when it shouldn't be.

Here it is, there is a backup with the video audio files still there and the actual session without but I keep have trouble with.
By the way thanks for your double mono reverb trick I use almost every time since I learned it in you Bob Clearmountain interview :)

Aha! You have Bounce Factory covering up the inserts and I/O part of the Edit window. You need to make it smaller or move it out of the way and you should be able to go back to your original session. It's trying to read buttons that are covered up!
