PT Prefs manager doesn't work anymore.

    I'm testing Pro Tools 2022.12 on Ventura and this macro no longer works. I use it every with every session I get. Any chance it will be fixed?

          Hi Kevin,

          If you're seeing an error with the app, please do as the SoundFlow Bot suggests and use the Script Help, or, Help/Issue (bit.ly/sfhelpissue) so we can see your log files.
          It would also help if you share more information about what you're seeing go wrong, errors etc.

              I've ran into this same issue. But a quick workaround is open the Preferences window yourself then run the app.
              this way you can keep using the app for now.

              @chrscheuer it seems to have trouble opening the Preferences window logging "(__PreferencesWindow: Line 7)"

                    Can it be because the menu item is now called Settings... instead of Preferences in the Pro Tools menu?

                      I just checked the app on Pro Tools 2022.12 and it worked just fine here with no issues. Please, as I stated in my first reply, send a proper Help/Issue report so we can see the specific errors from the log files including context.
                      We might need to ask for more information such as screen recordings showing the errors, as with the current information we can't reproduce the issue.

                      There's no change to the menu item's name in my version of Pro Tools, it's still called Preferences here.

                          Is that in Ventura? It works fine for me in the previous MacOS with PT 2022.12. I’ll see if I can grab that information later this week.

                            Oh, yea this was macOS 12.6. I don't have access to a Ventura machine at the moment. Apologies, I had missed that you were only seeing these issues on Ventura.

                                Yes I'm also on macOS Ventura with PT 2022.12. I have sent a Help/Issue report now
