Soundflow app stopped opening and new update didn't fix the issue

SoundFlow 5.2.2
OS: darwin 20.4.0
ProductName: macOS
ProductVersion: 11.3.1

Steps to Reproduce
- My deck is always open so I'm not sure when the issue began but today I
accidentally closed my deck and wanted to bring it back up, I tried to click on the SF app icon by the clock but nothing happened - Tried to open the app through the applications folder and the SF icon by the clock disappeared and would then momentarily pop up in red and disappear again
- Uninstalled the app and then installed the latest version 5.3.0 and the issue persisted
- Reverted back to the older version thanks to your help and that's what worked!
Expected Result
I'm not entirely sure what went wrong and why this happened, so I'm not sure how to explain that unfortunately!

Workaround
Revert back to the older version of SF!
