Script for selecting audio output in menu bar

Hi guys! First time poster in the forum. Been lurking around here for a while picking up great tips and tricks!
Now I am looking for some help. Here's the thing:
I am using Sonnox Listenhub for system audio including Tidal, Safari and all other sounds from my Mac. This is because I'm using Slate VSX. This means that audio out has to be set to "Sonnox Listenhub", and then Listenhub sends the out to my HD Native interface. When I start Pro Tools ListenHub loses its audio output because Pro Tools has first and only priority.
What I want is this:

• When I start Pro Tools I want my Mac to chance Audio out to "Pro Tools Audio Bridge 2-A" (see attached photo).
• When I quit PT, I want it to jump back to Sonnox Listenhub and make Listenhub select the HD Native card as output.
