I have soundflow cloud avid subscription, but my stream deck doesn't diplay any buttons, only the soundflow logo

    I have soundflow cloud avid subscription, but my stream deck doesn't diplay any buttons, only the soundflow logo

    System Information

    SoundFlow 5.3.0

    OS: darwin 21.2.0

    ProductName: macOS
    ProductVersion: 12.1
    BuildVersion: 21C52

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. used key from avid to get soundflow cloud avid subscription
    2. install soundlow
    3. select soundflow to operate on stream deck directly
    4. select the pro tools 5x3 main deck
    5. stream deck only displays soundflow logo
    6. when pro subscription was on, this worked fine, i'm ok using the basic pro tools main deck, i don't really need more

    Expected Result

    the basic pro tools 5x3 deck should display buttons

    Actual Result

    no buttons on stream deck appear, only soundflow logo

    Workaround

    tried going through stream deck app, same result

      Hi Julien,

      Stream Decks are not supported on SoundFlow Cloud Avid Edition. You'd need to upgrade to a paid version of SoundFlow Cloud Pro to use them:

          Thank you Christian for your answer, but doesn't that render the Avid edition completely useless? How am I supposed to use it?

            Hi Julien,

            You can use the Avid Edition with keyboard triggers, MIDI triggers and OSC triggers so that all built-in macros can be triggered with any combination of those.
