Close all open application windows

Is there a way to program a button on a streamdeck to close all open application windows in one swoop. Not necessarily quit the programs that are open, just close the windows? Like if I had a google chrome open, as well as itunes, etc. and I just want to hit one button to close all those windows in multiple apps.
