Opening Preferences... In Ventura - now named Settings...

Hi all you great people!

I saw @chrscheuer had to solve this problem in this post:
Pro Tools Preference Manager fails when trying to open Preferences window

Does anybody know how to get around this in a regular script? Since upgrading to Ventura and latest Pro Tools, I cannot script opening the "Pro Tools -> Settings..." Menu path. For some reason it fails even if everything is rightly spelled and correctly scripted.

Would love to know if anybody have some insight about what has happened here.
