New to Stream Deck - How do you launch a package from it?

I just received my Stream Deck and am setting up my first deck.
Question is, how can I launch a package, eg. Scheps Bounce Factory using a button on the Stream Deck? I only see the option to launch a package using a trigger via keyboard command or MIDI etc
