Hey @Mike_Butler,
This command seems to be working on my system.
How do you have the "Recall Track Preset on Selected Track" configured? Each part of the path must be spelled exactly to match the menu item path.- MMike Butler @Mike_Butler
I've been using it this way for a couple years and it always worked just fine. It stopped working with the latest OS and Pro Tools update. Also all of my commands to move tracks into specific folders. Basically any command that uses the right click on a track function to select a submenu doesn't seem to be functioning properly.

Are you running Sonoma?
At the moment SF and PT are not 100% compatible with it.
(from https://soundflow.org/docs/getting-started/install-soundflow/system-requirements)14.x Sonoma: We are currently testing with macOS Sonoma. We have detected issues in Pro Tools related to using SoundFlow with Pro Tools on macOS Sonoma, so we recommend staying on macOS 12 or 13 for now. The issues in Pro Tools need to be fixed on the Avid/Apple side. We are working actively to make sure that SoundFlow will support Sonoma once Pro Tools does. See here for known issues with Pro Tools on Sonoma
We recommend using macOS 12 or 13.I would recommend downgrading to Ventura if possible.

I'll never for the life of me understand this slow game of catch up with every OS release. It's maddening.

Hi Mike,
As Chris mentioned, unfortunately, Pro Tools doesn't support Sonoma yet. Apple made a bunch of changes in Sonoma that broke menu-related things. Apple have since made some fixes to the bugs they introduced, but there's more work left to get everything working they way it used to.
We are working closely with the relevant parties to make Sonoma work well for our Pro Tools integration.

Hi @Mike_Butler,
I'm pleased to let you know that SoundFlow now supports using Pro Tools on macOS Sonoma.
To get full Sonoma support, SoundFlow 5.7+, Pro Tools 2024.3+ and macOS Sonoma 14.3+ are required.
You can download SoundFlow 5.7.0 today from our website at https://my.soundflow.org

fwiw I'm still having trouble with recall track preset here with SF 5.7 and PT 2024.3. The RS_Recall Track Preset presets I've been using for a few years don't work at all in the latest updates. MacOS 12.7.3. ProTools 2023.12.1 was the last version I had working with these -- figured SF 5.7 was going to solve that problem so now I'm a bit concerned!
Here's the error log I just got:

Hi Gary,
Can I get you to file a new bug report for this so we have access to your full log files?
Gary Philips @Gary_Philips
Thanks Christian. Done

Hey @Gary_Philips, you've been using the command in my Utilities package, RS_Recall Track Preset 🙏🏼
No need to be concerned! It just required a slight tweak to accommodate for PT 2024.3, which has now been addressed.
Details on your support ticket.David Stagl @David_Stagl
What's the tweak because I have some scripts that are exhibiting the same issue with Pro Tools 2024.3 where I can't recall track presets or move them to existing folders?
Raphael Sepulveda @raphaelsepulveda2024-03-09 16:57:24.200Z
@David_Stagl, a small offset is now needed for any script that interacts with the popup menu coming from right-clicking on a track's title button—which is the case for these two actions.
Add the
relativePosition
property from the example below and your scripts will be back in business:sf.ui.proTools.selectedTrack.titleButton.popupMenuSelect({ isRightClick: true, menuPath: ["Recall Track Preset", "Avid", "Guitars", "Clean"], relativePosition: { x: 5, y: 5 } // Required for 2024.3 but backwards compatible });
David Stagl @David_Stagl
Thanks! That is fixing a lot of things for me.

I'm still unable to get this working, a simple Recall Track Preset from selected track functionality. I'm running Mojave and the latest version of Pro Tools 2025.6.0. It tries to select a menu from the track (only in edit window, mix window nothing at all) but get an error still
