    Can't create Generic Knob Command Presets

    System Information

    SoundFlow 5.7.8

    OS: darwin 22.6.0

    ProductName: macOS
    ProductVersion: 13.6.4
    BuildVersion: 22G513

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Go to 'Knob Commands' (Soundflow - Basics)
    2. Option+Click/Drag an existing preset into 'My Presets'
    3. It does not duplicate it, nothing appears in the folder / nothing happens?
    4. Instead try the 'New Preset' button under 'Generic Knob Commands'
    5. Type in a name and click OK
    6. Nothing happens either?

    Expected Result

    A preset to be duplicated, or a new preset to be generated?

    Actual Result

    Nothing

            Just to confirm this issue is still happening on latest v5.8.0

              Hi Rhys,

              Thank you for confirming this was still an issue on 5.8.

              We've since had a report from another user, where we were able to narrow down this issue a bit further. Can you take a look to see if this is related?
