soundflow not working - only shows blue logo

    Hi,
    I recently bought a stream deck and tried to connect it with soundflow to work faster in Protools and izotope RX.
    But somehow the stream deck only shows up the blue Logo.
    I know that with "SoundFlow Cloud Avid Edition" Version, a stream deck wont work and that I have to have the Pro Version.
    But I think in my 90 days Trial of "SoundFlow Cloud Pro" it should work? Or am I wrong? I thought that would be the way to test it...
    Please help me out and tell me how I can get my streamdeck to work with soundflow.

      You are correct, Stream Deck integration should work fine during your 90-day trial. Can I ask you to follow the instructions here to send us a bug report / support ticket?

      Please answer the questions that you're asked in the questionnaire, as this will help us understand where things go wrong.

      During normal setup, your SoundFlow account would be configured to automatically display relevant decks when Pro Tools and iZotope RX is opened, but it's possible to overwrite these settings with your own.

      We'd need to understand which actions you're taking in your account when the logo stays blue to better be able to help - the Help/Issue guide will help us have this info.

          I did as you told me :
          soundflow not working - only shows blue logo. Cant show decks or anything

          But I dont know which further Informations I can give you.
          I installed packeges but nothing is showing up on my streamdeck.
