Just upgraded. So far so good. After Stuck at first with some other issus (ProTools Edit Keyboard Focus wasnt available) the system needed a restart. which worked - but - my Default Protools Start Desk got deleted. Any Chance there is a backup for that, somewhere ?

      Hi @Rene_Kornfeld

Thanks for reaching out about this. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

Can you provide some more information on what you mean by "my Default Pro Tools Start Deck got deleted"?

Installing an update to SoundFlow should not delete any data from your account. Do you by chance instead mean that the Pro Tools deck displayed on your Stream Deck has changed from the deck you had previously assigned to show? Or has the Deck completely disappeared from your SoundFlow account?

      Thanks in advance.

        Hi, @Rene_Kornfeld,

Adding to what Kitch said. Did you by chance run the "Set up SoundFlow with a Stream Deck" Flow at some point? That flow currently does add some default content to your account with some application triggers.

See this post for more info on how to delete any of that automatically added content:

You could also roll back your account to its previous state if needed. Your account is also backed up every 24 hours, and you can restore previous versions from here:

Thank you both for your help. Maybe yes i ran the "Set up SF with a Stream Deck" Flow. The Restored version now works again.
