Ian Bodzasi @Ian_BodzasiI'm trying to load the Trim plugin on a stereo track (which is only available as multi-mono). Oddly, I just found that that it does indeed work if I select the Plugin Type to be Same As Track, even though it's not (and had previously worked with Multi-Mono selected). So I would call this resolved for my purposes, but something to note.

Yes, I see the same behavior as you - it seems to work if you leave it as "Same As Track." CC @Kitch for visibility here in case he has other thoughts on it. Let us know if you run into this with other plugins other than Trim, though!

Ian Bodzasi @Ian_BodzasiThanks Chad. Yea, the same thing happens with other plugins. I just tried with Channel Strip...selecting Same As Track works, selecting Multi-Mono doesn't.

Thanks for your detective work! I can confirm that the ability to load Multi-mono plugins was broken (by me) in the last update. I'm actually quite surprised it was not pointed out by more people.
The good thing is it was a super easy fix.
I am very close to the testing stages of an update to the Plugin Loader that uses SFX to load plugins without the need for opening the pop-up menus.
I shall keep you posted once the package is updated. :-)

An update is available for Teezio's Plugin Loader (1.6.0)... Let me know if you are still experiencing an issue with loading Multi-Mono plugin instances.
