I'm trying to load the Trim plugin on a stereo track (which is only available as multi-mono). Oddly, I just found that that it does indeed work if I select the Plugin Type to be Same As Track, even though it's not (and had previously worked with Multi-Mono selected). So I would call this resolved for my purposes, but something to note.

          Thanks, @Ian_Bodzasi,

Yes, I see the same behavior as you - it seems to work if you leave it as "Same As Track." CC @Kitch for visibility here in case he has other thoughts on it. Let us know if you run into this with other plugins other than Trim, though!

          See my other post here:

Thanks Chad. Yea, the same thing happens with other plugins. I just tried with Channel Strip...selecting Same As Track works, selecting Multi-Mono doesn't.

                Hi @Ian_Bodzasi & @Chad

Thanks for your detective work! I can confirm that the ability to load Multi-mono plugins was broken (by me) in the last update. I'm actually quite surprised it was not pointed out by more people.

The good thing is it was a super easy fix.

I am very close to the testing stages of an update to the Plugin Loader that uses SFX to load plugins without the need for opening the pop-up menus.

I shall keep you posted once the package is updated. :-)

                Thanks for your patience.

            Hi @Ian_Bodzasi

Thanks so much for your patience waiting for this fix.

An update is available for Teezio's Plugin Loader (1.6.0)... Let me know if you are still experiencing an issue with loading Multi-Mono plugin instances.

You can read more about the update here.

Thanks Kitch! Looks like that solved it!

                  Fantastic. :-)

Added bonus being that the loading times should be much faster now with the aded SFX integration.
