    1. Hi Alex,

This sounds like a Pro Tools bug report from your description. Is there any part of these steps where you're using SoundFlow? If you are, can you share the script? Are you describing something where using SoundFlow to do something makes Pro Tools behave differently than when not using SoundFlow?

      1. Ah, or are you talking about the Pro Tools Track Control Deck package?

Yes that is correct. I am using it with the stream deck XL (4 x 8 package) as like a pec / direct recorder for my audio stems.

Any Idea on if/ when this might be fixable on the track control deck package?

                1. Hi Alex,

We're very low staffed here in July so we may not be able to fix this before we get back up to speed again after summer. See more here:

                Hi!

I saw that you guys updated the track control package. Sadly the issue I was having where the record button will not stay lit up when in direct punch is still not staying lit when recording. Have you guys had any luck tracking down the problem?

                Thanks very much.

                1. Hi Alex,

My apologies for this. We are working on the next version of SoundFlow and had to make some internal changes and tests with some of our packages, which is why you saw an update to this package.

We're tracking this internally as SF-174.

Hi Guys! Loving the New Sound Flow 5! I was wondering if you ever figured out the bug with the Pro Tools Track Control package where the Rec light doesn't stay light up when in Direct Punch Record mode. I need to use Direct Punch for stems recording when I mix in 2 person configuration and the Visual feedback of having the Record light stay lit up would be a huge help. Thanks.

                          1. Hi Alex,

This bug is still in the queue. We'll update this thread when there's news about it.

                            1. Hi Alex,

This should be working now - see this thread:
