Pro Tools shortcuts not working
This is probably a really basic setting somewhere, but once I installed soundflow, some of my basic keyboard shortcuts in pro tools aren't working anymore. The main one I'm missing is the numeric pad #3, which engages record/play on the shuttle in Pro Tools. It no longer functions. I know the key is working fine because if I go to a text editor, it types in a "3". I'm guessing soundflow has taken my "3" and enlisted it for some other job, but I can't figure out what it would be or how to turn that off and get my "3" key working again. Any ideas?

You can disable them by going to Profile > Use Default SoundFlow Triggers (Disabled). Then you can enable the ones you'd like to keep manually.
