I installed Soundflow through Pro Tools, using with Stream Deck, 30 day trial ran out, now on Stream Deck I only have like the big Soundflow Logo, can't access any of my regular decks, how can I undo

    I installed Soundflow through Pro Tools, using with Stream Deck, 30 day trial ran out, now on Stream Deck I only have like the big Soundflow Logo, can't access any of my regular decks, how can I undo the connection between Soundflow and StreamDeck?

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Sorry, not familiar enough to Repro, just followed regular setup, it worked with StreamDeck for a while, now I can't access any of my regular StreamDeck's it's like Soundflow has taken over the StreamDeck

    I didn't have a chance to delve into SoundFlow much, I would like to experiment with it when I get a chance, just using hotkeys or something

      Hi @dnamusiclabs,

      Thanks for reaching out.

      To stop using direct Stream Stream deck integration through SoundFlow and go back to using the Elgato Stream Deck app follow these steps.

      • Click on the SoundFlow icon up by the clock.
      • Click the "Set up Stream Deck" button
      • From the bottom of the menu, select "GOBACK / USE STREAM DECK APP"

          Same problem here.
          But it looks like when the trial period is over, there is no access to this setting anymore.
          Soundflow 6.0.9 - macOS 26.2
          Any tip to free the Stream Deck?

            Hi @Megalobass

            Thanks for reaching out about this.

            In SoundFlow 6.0.9, the setting for switching to using the Stream Deck App is now located in the "Devices"-> "Stream Decks" tab in the SoundFlow editor.

            Please note that the free version of SoundFlow does not support SoundFlow's Stream Deck hardware integration.
