    when I first open soundflow all the commands and packages are gone. Like I stated in my post on the forum.

    SoundFlow 5.3.0

    OS: darwin 20.6.0

    ProductName: macOS
    ProductVersion: 11.6
    BuildVersion: 20G165

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. open soundflow
    2. all is gone
    3. select empty profile
    4. All packages, commands and profiles reappear

    Expected Result

    I deleted some profiles at the start of my soundflow usage. So maybe it's related? Using 2 profiles protools and foley the default is not used

      Hi Pierre,

      I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Are you saying that this happens every time you start SoundFlow, or just the first time you log into a new computer?

          Still working day and night...? I know the feeling ;)
          Anyway thanks for your reply,
          Yes I guess every computer restart. Tried deleting everything incl. Data from soundflow and reïnstalling from scratch. So I guess it has to do something with the login or the profiles.

          Let me know if and where I can grab helpfull data.
          Probably should copy the log.

            Hi Pierre,

            Thanks for the added info. We might need to take a specific look at your account. Stay tuned.

            Does it make a difference if you wait longer after the machine has restarted to open up the SoundFlow editor app? For example try waiting an excessive amount of time, say 5-10 minutes after the SF icon has turned grey, before you open the editor.

                No. It doesn't matter. Have to dubble check but I guess all works in the last selected profile. It's only when I open the soundflow window that nothing is there.

                  Hm, yea that's definitely weird. I've seen this error only occasionally when opening up the SF editor "too soon" before my account was loaded, which is why I suggested checking for that.

                      Ok so quiting and reopening is no problem,
                      but indeed when I reopen the app the next day all works in the last used profile.
                      When I open the app I have nothing.

                      Now I used a few shortcuts to check and when I go back to SF all is there...

                        Thanks, Pierre, but I would need the full log file to further investigate this. I'd get that if you do the following:

                        • Restart computer.
                        • Wait 5 minutes until after SF and everything else has loaded.
                        • Launch the SF editor (SF icon -> Open SoundFlow)
                        • Notice if the issue is there
                        • File a new bug (that way I will get your updated log files)

                        From the log files I received from your first report, it does look like you're opening the editor before everything has loaded.
