How to use 'Decks' with Elgato Stream Deck - error message "Script error at line "

    I am trying to integrate my stream deck into workflows. I've tried using the Izotope and Soundminer decks, along with creating my own. whenever i hit the button "show deck" i get an error:

    What can be done? It seams i'm stumped at this level.

      Hi @Sam_Miille.

      This looks like you haven't installed the SoundFlow plugin on the Stream Deck, or that the SoundFlow Full Screen Profile has not been installed.
      To do this, open up the Stream Deck app, choose More Actions..., find the SoundFlow plugin and install it. Say yes to installing profiles. If the plugin was already installed, click the "Install Profiles" button.
      Finally when done, close the Stream Deck window (but leave the Stream Deck icon running).
      Now it should work (you may need to restart SF and/or wait a couple of seconds until the apps sync up).

          I'm getting the same error myself but I have not received any hardware yet, so I'm trying to work with the Stream Deck Mobile app on my iPad. I installed the SoundFlow plugin in Stream Deck and when I click 'Show Deck' I get a prompt every time that 'the Custom action "SoundFlow" contains a preconfigured profile. Would you like to install the profile to your device?' I click install and get the error above. Restarted all apps multiple times but with the same result.
          Is the Mobile version simply not supported?

            @John_Rammelt, yea it would seem so given your errors here. Once I'm back at our studio next week I'll see if it's something we can do and I'll talk to Elgato if there's anything special we need to do.
