    1. Hi ZUB,

It looks like there are some connection errors in your log file. Are you using SoundFlow from behind a firewall or VPN?

I dont know. I just install soundflow and run it! help!

          1. I'll CC @Chad here for troubleshooting. From your log files, it looks like there are problems with your internet connection causing your SF to not load fully. This could be because you're running via a VPN or behind a firewall.
Be sure to check out system requirements here:
            https://soundflow.org/docs/getting-started/install-soundflow/system-requirements

Hi Chad! I already read the system requeriment but I dont know how to know if im running via VPN or firewall. The only thing I do is to update the OS. Can you guide me to find out a solution? thanks!

I check firewall is off and the internet conection dont look like is working behind a VPN or proxy.

                    1. Please check if you can run other commands if you just click "Run Command" once you've selected one in the SF editor.
My guess is you won't be able to, or that it will give you an error. This comes back to the connection problems I noticed in the log.

Please also try restarting your computer and SoundFlow completely (click SF icon -> Quit, then relaunch from Applications). If the issue persists, I'd recommend trying to connect via a different network.

                      Hey, @ZUB_Sonido,

I apologize for my delayed response! I have a few other things you might try.

I noticed your macOS is on macOS 13.6. Would you mind trying to update to the latest version of macOS Ventura, 13.6.8?

You should be able to update Ventura without updating to Sonoma by going to Software Update in "System Settings" and then scrolling down to "other updates available." From there click "More Info."

Another thing you may try, @ZUB_Sonido, would be launching SoundFlow in Rosetta mode. To do this:

                        • Quit SoundFlow from the menubar.
                        • Go to your Applications folder
                        • Right click on the SoundFlow App
                        • Click "Get Info"
                        • From there, select the checkbox for "Open using Rosetta"

Here's a video demo of these ideas:

                        1. Thanks for the added troubleshooting steps. I wouldn't recommend ticking the Rosetta mode - this should not have any positive effect.

thanks for the replys. I cant update the OS because Im running on a hackintosh, Its not so easy to do that. I cant try the rosetta mode because in soundflow-get info there is not option to rosetta, just locked.

Understood @ZUB_Sonido - do other actions run from SoundFlow? Can you run any commands from a key command.

Is it only the “show deck” action that is failing?

I didnt notice this early beacause I only used streamdeck.

                          1. Thanks, ZUB.

Do you have time/date set manually in your OS settings or does it use your location? Can you share a screenshot of your date/time settings possibly?

Also, please install this preview build, which has extra logging for this particular problem:

                            https://downloads.soundflowcdn.com/5.8/5.8.2-preview.1/70e5078c2f3e9521/SoundFlow_5.8.2-preview.1.pkg

Once you've downloaded and installed it, please send us a new Help/Issue report, so we can take a look at your updated log files. I have a theory as to what's happening - getting the new log files can hopefully help us.

                                1. Thanks! You didn't answer the other questions, but this appears to be related to the problem, although I can't confirm until we see the log files with 5.8.2-preview.1. Please try setting your date/time to be automatic and restart your computer - this is likely to fix your issue.

oh yeah! that was the problem! I set date/time to automatic and now soundflow works!
Its seems like a and strage problem!
                                Thanks for your help!
