Hi, I'm finding Protools crashes on any attempt to bounce. I'm getting this error in the log :bounceNames is not defined.
    Any ideas?

      Hi @Mark_Taylor

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue.

Are you using a particular SoundFlow script to bounce? Or perhaps you are using Bounce Factory?

To get help with a Script or Macro, whether it is one that you've created yourself or one that you've downloaded from the SoundFlow store, please use the Script Help workflow. You can learn how to do this from the following link.

      https://soundflow.org/docs/help#script-help

If, however, the issue is more general in nature please see use the Help/Issue workflow.

      https://soundflow.org/docs/help#help-issue

      Thanks in advance.

                Hi @Mark_Taylor ,

As Kitch said, if you can follow those step then I'll have the logs and can see what's going on.

                Thanks!
                Andrew
