      Hi @Jeff_Jones

There is a good chance the connection issue you're experiencing here, is covered in the following thread, which contains instructions on how to make the MOMDeck device appear in the Dadman device list page.

      I hope that helps.

Thanks @Kitch , yeah, it’s an Apple OS internal networking permissions thing unfortunately. We’re still working to figure out how to get around it. In the meantime, the fix is a bit of a pain, but most people seem to not need all of the steps.

          1. In my experience, toggling SoundFlow off and on in System Settings > Privacy & Security > App Management seems to do the trick (you only need to click "Quit & Restart" when turning it back on - click "Later" when turning off).
Of course your milage may vary…

          Hi again @Jeff_Jones,

As @Chris_Shaw mentioned, for him, these simplified steps reconnect the Dadman software.

          • Open your Mac System Settings
          • Click "Privacy and Security" in the left column
          • Click "Accessibility" in the right column
          • Navigate to the "App Management" section
          • Toggle SoundFlow "off"
          • Enter your system password
          • If the "Quit and Reopen SoundFlow" alert is displayed, click "Later".
          • Toggle SoundFlow on
          • When the "Quit and Reopen SoundFlow" alert is displayed, click "Quit and Reopen".

After completing these steps, the Dadman software should connect. :-)
